For our third printed issue, we asked contributors for content that is in some way feral. What we meant by that was open to exploration, and what we compiled is a whole orgiastic carnival of ferocity, fervor, derangement, and beasts of dubious lands.

In these pages, little girls hide dark interiors and language takes on the form of a howl. Worms, raccoons, teeth, broken toenails, and Meg Ryan populate this dense forest we've sprouted. But do not fear the woods: what you'll find in here is, at its heart, an offer of salvation, or at least a space of solace in a world where so much passion and agitation is forced into containment.
